How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat service quick and easy. Always available to speak to someone
Tim CLocation was difficult to find. It looked like a junkyard. The attendant looked and had the attitude of an MS-13 member. He was rude, condescending and unprofessional.
John MI didn't reserve my truck at this location and was instead sent here via an email I received the day before. There was no actual UHAUL rep on site and everything was done via phone with a 3rd party. Not sure why the location was changed and I hope it doesn't happen again.
Anthony TUnacceptable level of professionalism. Reevaluate location immediately.
