I reserved a hand truck dolly and a furniture dolly. When I got there they said I they did not have any. Very misleading and disappointing that I could not trust our reservation.
Jerry MMy assigned truck was blocked. It wasted about an hour of a very busy moving day to try and get a new truck assigned to me. seems like a simple thing this location could do.
Chaz SWe never received our furniture pulley. We tried at our pickup location and they said they didn’t have it but they recommended another location. When then tried the actual U-Haul store and he said he had none available to rent. We ended up buying one from the store which was obviously not ideal.
