MARK DI reserved a hand truck dolly and a furniture dolly. When I got there they said I they did not have any. Very misleading and disappointing that I could not trust our reservation.
Jerry MMy assigned truck was blocked. It wasted about an hour of a very busy moving day to try and get a new truck assigned to me. seems like a simple thing this location could do.
