I went after hours so I cannot comment on any personnel there. But in any case, the drop off location looked like somewhere you would get robbed or murdered and was hard to find even with navigation because you have to go to a secluded back parking lot which looks like some place where drug deals or murders happen. I did not feel safe at all there. To reiterate my comment above, never using this company's service again.
Amir FThe comment level is mostly because the location was closed on a Saturday when I dropped off, so I only saw a large gravel lot behind the building (which can’t be seen from the main road, nor did I see a sign for it) and I had no interaction with the personnel, so they were unable to be helpful. Might be good to try to have a sign out visible from US 19, since we drove right past it the first time, and were having to guess where the entrance is.
SCOTT BThe self-pickup process was straightforward and gave me much more scheduling flexibility. (Plan to spend 5 to 10 minutes taking the photos required before and afterward.)
