The office lady was rude and then said she can’t do anything for me I have to do everything online by myself and then I struggled outside and had to figure it all out by myself while she packed up and left for the day ….for my first time renting a U-Haul it was a terrible experience

No one was there working at 10 am. For that reason returning the truck was a hassle and hopefully was input as returned on time. Had to call the 1800 number for assistance. There was nowhere to really park the truck.

Regina CHours posted online indicated that the office would be open. Upon arrival, no one was present. I gained access only by following a self-storage customer into the gated lot. There was no answer on the local phone number, so I had to call the regional office (thankfully the number had been provided). The representative was very helpful, directing me to the lockbox containing the truck key. At my request, he gave me the code to exit the property, which was required, although he was not aware of that fact. The only other issue was that the truck was parked quite close to a tree with the driver's door against a bunch of branches, so access was not easy.
Steven WI signed up to get the uhaul and pick it up from a human. Got there and the gate was locked. Called the storage company and got a very rude lady who gave me a code for the gate and said I’d have to do the rest on my phone and hung up. I had a terrible time finding the truck because the app wasn’t working properly. When I did find the truck, the dolly I had rented was not there. We found it on a different truck! Picking it up took over an hour because of all these things and made for a terrible start of a big project.
