How U-Haul Reviews WorkOn my arrival to pick up the cargo van, the U-Haul owner's laptop for reservation of the truck was not working. The business owner charged me more for the 4 hour rental than was advertised on the U-Haul website. Even though I brought back the cargo van before the 4 hour period.
Clifford LNever have I rented a dirtier vehicle. The inside of the van was beyond dirty. When I complained the answer was, if you do not want the vehicle leave it. When I picked the vehicle up, I was told what the charge were going to be. When I returned the vehicle I was charged $ 100 more than the agreed price. Only after a massive argument and some really rude behavior from the attendant the charges were still higher than agreed but not by $100. The conversation about the charges between the attendants was held in some East-Indian squabble which I found extremely rude since I was standing right in front of the counter. When I asked him to speak English he became very defensive und argumentative. At the end of it all, no thank you for your business, no good evening, just: that's it !!! There are many Uhaul franchises in the area but this location is by far the very worst !! Would give 0 stars if I could.
Wolfgang DI initially tried to complete the transaction self serve. It was extremely difficult and confusing. I sat on hold for 25 minutes and did not reach anyone. I would never ever attempt to rent a truck without going into the location and doing it manually. Your online application and support is poor.
andrea dThe air conditioning was not working and it was a very hot day. We informed the employee who was working when we dropped off the truck and he basically yelled at us saying it’s something we need to check and its our fault that we didn’t check. I told him if i didn’t need the AC in the morning I wouldn’t use it and i won’t know if it is working until I use it. I told him you need to check before you rent the truck that truck is in good condition to be used. I check what u haul is asking me to check but im not the owner of the vehicle to check each and everything in the truck to make-sure they are working. He was very rude and just kept arguing with me. His name is Sesi and not sure if he gave us his right name
