The guy who was assisting me was very slow and it took 30 mins to do all the signing and dl scanning. We finished at around 10 am and asked me to return the truck by 1:45 pm , i even told him i need more time to do the loading can i return it by 2:00 pm and he said no. I was trying to get a hold of uhaul contact centre for extension but to no avail. We returned the truck by 2:30 pm even though we were still in the middle of loading the stuff to the storage , my reservation indicated i need to return until 2:15 pm so we only have 15 mins delay but this guy was so sneaky he didnt even mention to me that i will be charged for the delay and when i asked him at the gas station is everything ok he said yup everything is fine . No need to sign anything. Then i just got an email after 3 hours and was charged another $57 for the late return by 15 mins. Im very disappointed . I talked to a customer service rep to dispute this charge.

There was tire maintenance sign on before I picked up. Need to be fixed.
HARDIK PThe guy who helped us with the pick up was very nice and helpful, the truck cargo was a bit dusty and we informed the guy about it after we drop off the truck as we didnt notice that before the pick up but when we were loading a mattress as we wanted to slide it in the cargo. Other that the that the truck was very good and clean at the seat sides.
Jihad AThe check engine light was on the whole day, right from the first time I started the truck. It turned out ok, but I don't need that anxiety for the whole day wondering if I'm going to have a engine breakdown. When I returned the truck, the clerk then told me that that occurs because of the cold weather. What a load of nonsense. I'm a retired General Motors executive. There is no way a check engine light should be on - ever- unless there is a problem. Fix it and don't rent it out to the next person like that. There are two cables that assist the cargo door lift, the one on the left was broken. It made the door hard to open. Very frustrating and painful to lift. It has been like that for a while too, as the loose cable has worn a groove in the floor where it fell and deformed the door seal because the door closes on it. Very dissappointing to have to put up with that. Pick-up and drop-off were way too long. This is likely to get better as this location is new and the employees were fumbling through things, especially the pick up. The kid had to phone his supervisor and walk through every step over the phone. C'mon - it's Saturday morning, you know you have rentals going out - train the guy on duty on the process to get customers assigned to the trucks. Like I have that kind of time to waste with people hanging around waiting on this truck so we can get moving. The below average rating is because of the check engine light and broken door cable on the truck. Otherwise it would have been an average rating because of the slowness of the store.
Darcy SThe pick up process was very long. It had snow and there was huge blocks of ice and lots of snow on top. When I asked about it I was told to clean it. He did finally go out to make a slight hole and I was expected to drive this way. Very unsafe. Finally, when I got home and open the truck it was dirty and full of leaves. Had to clean that before transporting anything in the truck. I’ve rented UHaul before with no problem. I would rent again BUT definitely not this location.
