The air conditioning was not working and it was a very hot day. We informed the employee who was working when we dropped off the truck and he basically yelled at us saying it’s something we need to check and its our fault that we didn’t check. I told him if i didn’t need the AC in the morning I wouldn’t use it and i won’t know if it is working until I use it. I told him you need to check before you rent the truck that truck is in good condition to be used. I check what u haul is asking me to check but im not the owner of the vehicle to check each and everything in the truck to make-sure they are working. He was very rude and just kept arguing with me. His name is Sesi and not sure if he gave us his right name

The on line pick-up and drop off proceed didn’t work and the furniture pads included in my confirmation weren’t available.
TERRY BIt smelt like stale marijuana. We were charged a $25 cleaning fee for no reason which I’m disputing and the tank was completely empty. We left it with 1/8 of a tank. The attendant was very helpful.
Mathew FI called to extent the time of my rental. I was still charged twice even tho i called when i returned the van. I have been a loyal customer butvwill take my business elsewhere.
