First it took us 30 to 45 min to fill out agreement on app. We were told keys were outside in lock box. When we got thru app no code to unlock. Go inside they had key inside. Passenger side mirror was totally broken out...if we hadn't been on time restraint would not have taken. I would actually appreciate some sort of refund for the hassle we went through. I have never had this problem with uhaul before.
