I think I woke the staff up when I called to see if I could pick up the trailer early. The gentleman did not hook up the chains very well I had to redo them and the outside of the trailer had chiggers all over it. We had to spray it before using to avoid chiggers on our stuff =(

I spent 35 minutes trying to complete the self check in only spending about 30 minutes of it on the verification with no reply for the last 15 minutes of it. At which point the store opened up and completed my check in on under 5 minutes. If self check in is going to be this bad you shouldn't bother offering it.

I won’t rate this they were closed. Shock another building. For UHaul that was closed when I was there just like the Store Right place. They said they were open their hours stated they were open. They were not. They wasted my time and gas.

Truck cargo area was full of all dry mud, I had to mop it 4 times before I could load my belongings in it. He had no customer service skills. The man was rude when I asked questions, he acted as if it was a bother to speak or rent the vehicle. I was told I could not return it at another location so I had to drive it back to his location and pay $ for the 46 miles when I was less then a mile from another uhaul facility. Worst experience I have had with uhaul in 20 years.

We were charged an extra $50 because NOBODY told us we needed to have the U-Haul back in 24 hours. We thought we had it until closing time the following day. Poor communication. In both locations and even for the rep who called us on Friday.

Bring back his bird!!!! That bird was sweet, friendly, and cordial! She greeted customers when they came in, and she danced to the music. She was a part of the crew! As many times as I've been in there, I've never had a problem with her. The place is always clean and well maintained, "Cowboy John" and Chris are both very helpful and friendly, knowledgeable Uhaul representatives.

Owner was extremely rude. Charged me for the most expensive insurance when that is not what I signed up for. Did not explain anything to me and talked over me when I questioned my bill. I reserved a truck for $29.95, the $14 insurance, and estimated 20 miles at $0.99 a mile. I was charged $117 before I even used the truck. How does that add up?! Never got a clear answer from the rude owner. I will not be using uhaul again, I will make sure I go with another company when I buy my house in 2 years.

The ride to my destination was so bumpy I questioned if the truck had any suspension at all. The rental place was a mess, I questioned why they were even selling tools of all things. Customer service was horrible. I will NOT be using uhaul again.
