Did not know what they were doing, left me to hook up by myself. Told me that they were going to stop doing U-haul. Plus I had to talk to U-haul on the phone to get everything finished and ready to go. This took way more than an hour to complete at the site! Would recommend that U-haul pull contract with this company.
