I had truck problems this morning and I was only an hour late to drop off the trailer and I got charged a whole extra day. There should be some kind of a grace period in my opinion

JEFFERY KI’m so upset they started my mileage wrong and I took a picture through their app and when I called them, they said oh we can’t see it. It wasn’t visible so I can’t prove that the mileage was wrong so I got charged $80 more. I took a screenshot at the end, but I didn’t take a screenshot on my phone in the beginning. Be careful they’re camming people.
