I made my reservation online. Went thru all the steps and picture taking of myself and documents (ID). Followed directions as I was told to simply step to side counter and show associate my confirmation for the key. I was told I could not receive my key 🔑 30 minutes standing in a shack full of customers. Why did I waste my time online?? If I was going to just stand around in a shack. $89 for a cargo rental was a bit much $$$. Next time I will rent from Turo for a day which is much easier and less hassle with the cost much cheaper.

TANIA LThe only thing I recommend is for the trailer brakes to be checked. It has a clunk at the end of the stop. Customer service was great!!
