The first person who checked on me hardly made eye contact, mumbled, overall just didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Secondly the day of my rental once parked it wouldn’t start. Had to call roadside which derailed me moving, the people I had helping me were on a time crunch and the roadside person had to call me 10x to find where I was in a simple address. Clearly labeled.

Ron GThere must be a public restroom on this location. Customer service must immediately send a text message to the customer with the complete address of the Rental pick up location. As we experienced, we booked on Sunday and already received a text with the booking ref #. The address was not provided. So we went to the wrong location.
