I as told the truck had 1/4 tank of gas. We traveled a total of 16 miles. I put $12 of gas (I have confirmation) and was told after I left I did not put gas in to the original amount when given the truck. That is NOT correct and will never use this company again. Being charge $50 for gas after I put gas in is not right. Again, 16 total miles was used. I want a refund!!

Was in and hooked up to trailer in 15 min when I brought it back backed it into slot and worker was there to assist me and unhooked it from my truck 10 out of 10 for customer service

KENNETH MThis location is great. The first location I tried to pick up the trailer from was closed when I arrived and didn’t answer the phone, despite their hours and business sign indicating that they were open. U-haul still owes me $50 for their equipment guarantee for this. I’ll call tomorrow.
