they wouldn't help with disconnecting the trailer nor back up the trailer. My wife and I had to move by hand the trailer.

Not a great experience. My original reservation was changed, not by me, so I didn’t get a utility dolly or the location of choice which as you know comes in very handy when moving.

BRINTON KThey charged me a $150 cleaning fee even though I left the truck spotless. Much cleaner than when I got it.
