The place was nice, as was the staff. No issues with the equipment or turn-in process. My only gripe is that my pickup location changed 3 times prior to me picking the trailer up and went from a few miles away from my house to about 20 miles away from my house. When I called to see about dropping off at a location closer to me, there was an hour wait to talk to someone so I just drove the 20 miles anyway. Smooth process overall, but I would have appreciated not having to drive so far to get/return the trailer. I want to emphasize that the location I picked up from was great, they're just far from me.

The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and professional
Rich Pthey wouldn't help with disconnecting the trailer nor back up the trailer. My wife and I had to move by hand the trailer.
gregory kNot a great experience. My original reservation was changed, not by me, so I didn’t get a utility dolly or the location of choice which as you know comes in very handy when moving.
