Change address on google to correct location
Bradley HPat the customer service representative was extremely helpful. Due to some issues with my credit card I wasn’t able to pick truck up on scheduled day but Pat opened store on Sunday so I could get my truck. This woman went above and beyond to help me.
VALERIE BHours online were different than the door on the sign when I got there. Phone sent me to someone’s voicemail who didn’t answer and didn’t call back. Had no choice but to leave the trailer and hope they checked it in. Building is a run down trailer house with a shed behind it.
joel wlet customer know the business hours for the pick up location. we were switched to alternate pickup location from the original site reserved - I had put in to pick up I'm person at 2 o clock- new pickup location was only open till noon on Saturdays. We weren't aware of this till we got there. Didn't know we would have to do 24/7 truck share thing. Created for confusion when we got there.
