Absolutely wonderful experience !!! I was actually VERY FRUSTRATED with myself for being late to pick up the truck and this being my very first time using u-haul I wasn’t aware that if you go past time the option to pick up truck disappears so I’m freaking out bc it’s the last 15ft truck in like a 20 mile radius ! So we called the after hours number left messages and not long after the owner showed up on his day off to assist us! This was the best outcome and best experience with something I had never done before and knew very little about ! I would really love to thank the man who came in to make a very difficult situation so much better !! Truly sending the highest praise please I’m telling you make your moving experience that much less stressful by coming here for all your moving needs !! Wonderful wondeful experience will be coming here when we go to finish our move !!!

No person on site for the appointment. Three numbers posted on the sign of the door. Two don’t work. What’s the point in having appointment times. This location seems to be a side hustle. I understand having neighborhood dealers, but to have one that only does this. I would evaluate it. Like Santa’s stations, food places someone is always working during buisess hrs to help. Even if it takes a while. But this location created a lot of friction, honesty it’s made me consider whether to use uhaul again.
