Wrong miles and gas level on pick up but no problems otherwise
Tara HCustomer service needs improvement, Better communication skills when handling the customer when there is a complaint. Have better knowledge on learning how to check the equipment in and not charge the customer what you wanna charge them.

Eric Wi can not reach anyone in the office . We were overcharged. I went to the building there were no hours posted and the phone numbers on the door and my receipts are not working numbers. I plan to dispute the bill. Very dissapointed!!!
