Customer service was good, but the worker was five minutes late due to something she said about Dunkin' Donuts. When I rented the truck, the insurance was never discussed until I brought it up. When I brought the truck back, which was a day early, I was told that the U-Haul system was down and it couldn't be checked in for returning the truck. I was told I could take the truck for one more day. Why would I want to do that if I returned it early? It's not my fault the system was down. I'm the customer. I then suggested that they write down on the receipt the time that I returned the truck in good condition. I had to do their job.
