The only employee was a small lady who was also working the gas station counter. She knee nothing about the uhaul or the connection of the trailer. She did not walk out with us to make sure it was correctly hooked up. The trailer has no break light cord. I asked and was told they had none. I needed a7 pin round adapter as well and found that they didn't sell accessories. I had to drive the trailer to the next town and wait for the auto store to open to but the stuff. Not great and it cost me time in my trip.
