The truck drop-off at this location is far from ideal, especially with a 26' truck. This is not a good location for 24/7 drop-off.
ROBERT AThe U-Haul check in app SUCKS. Because I could NOT get my truck when I specified because the app would not let me check in I had to wait till the office opened. This put my schedule behind. Office people were great to work with. App not so much.
Ron ABoth doors on the truck were bent and while driving the wind blew in REALLY LOUD ! I hab to take napkins and stuff into the gap every time that I got in the truck. Both doors had an “X” on then which means U-Haul knows that they are damaged. SO why haven’t they been fix or replaced????
