Kelly FI would never recommend U-Haul to anyone for anything. The customer service when renting the vehicle and trailer were the worst ever experienced - one truck from one location and the other from another, trailers from another, and the original reservation from even another. When calling to talk to someone it was next to impossible to get an actual person. *The check engine light came on shortly after starting out 1600+ mile trip as did other "idiot" lights. The truck was bouncing so badly it was like U-Haul had never heard of shocks. Really, I could go on but, I think you get the picture. It was overall a terrible experience.
