The trailer was rented as a toy hauler but had no vehicle straps to secure use for safety. I had to go buy a strap to ensure the vehicle was secure.
Eric DThey were closed due to the 4th of July holiday and we didn’t receive any notification until we arrived. There was a drop box. We used that, but it would have been nice to drop off with a person. The location was easy to get to and pretty open and accessible.
