WENT TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE WHERE I RENTED THE TRUCK FROM DID NOT HAVE THE 1/2 DOZEN BLANKETS AND THE APPLIANCE DOLLY. THE MAN AT SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE 1/2 DOZEN BLANKETS, BUT WENT HE WAS LOOKING THRU THE MESS IN STORAGE HE FOUND ONE BAG WITH 6 BLANKETS, AND I TOLD THAT I WAS FINE BECAUSE I WAS IN A HURRY, AS FAR AS THE THE APPLIANCE DOLLY HAD ONE TIRE THAT;S SOON TO SHRED SOME RUBBER, BUT I NOTICED AN EXTRA $5 CHARGE THAT I COULD NOT SEE WHAT IT WAS , HE SAID IT WAS A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. HE WASN'T THERE WHEN I RETURN WITH THE ITEMS BUT THE YOUNG MAN THERE TOLD ME THERE WAS NO RECEIPT WHEN I INSISTED HE CALLED THE FIRST MAN WHO TOLD ME THAT I WOULD BE REFUNDED THE $5, AND NOT ONLY DID I NOT GET IT BUT HE CHARGED ME FOR A FULL DOZEN, SO I WAS CHARGED $10 FOR A TOTAL OF 5 BLANKETS AND AN OLD APPLIANCE DOLLY, NOT THE MOST HONEST GUY i'VE EVER DEALT WITH, HONESTLY BETWEEN THIS PLACE AND THE PLACE I RENTED THE TRUCK FROM I WAS CHARGED $20 EXTRA, AND I DON'T EXPECT TO GET REFUNDED, BUT THE EXPERIENCE AT BOTH PLACED TOTALLY SUCKED!

U-Haul changed pickup location, I set pickup time as 12 noon, arrived around 3pm to find location closed, signage and hours listed was till 5pm. Had to call phone number, owner arrived, had to unlock store and had to wait what I felt was much longer than necessary for Owner to boot computer and get me processed to be able to leave with truck. The owner was friendly, the truck was clean but after what I learned upon returning home has changed my opinion. After driving the 1300 miles home, I come to find out on the way to returning with my spouse following me, why I had such difficulties with merging in traffic and making lane changes as the truck had no turn signals or brake lights. Would also explain why I was almost rear ended when traffic on the highway came to a sudden stop. Not very happy that I made the trip with my daughter in the truck and long time family possessions.
Robert SThis is a combined location. He's an appliance shop and rental agency. He has limited space, but was able to get my trailer quickly, when I reserved it on line. I was pleasantly impressed.
Ron BWent in thinking $30 for tr in cold, and was charged $30 plus 60 fee. I never was told what r we exactly it was. Clean truck, and it was not even topped off.
Charles PEverything was very well organized. Very friendly and well comunication.. The Truck was very clean. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. We had No problems at all.
