Originally had a confirmed reservation at Novi Rd facility but MY reserved trailer was returned to Belleville location. I hope U-Haul stuck it to that customer, but did nothing for this customers inconvenience and frustration!
PAUL TThey did not include the blankets or dolly I requested and needed, and didn’t warn me ahead of time. The gate was easy enough to use and truck was fine.
