We reserve the truck I was your day appliance Tyler it was not on the truck the place I pick the truck up was closed originally supposed to be an easy step they want me to go to beavercreek and pick up the truck and pay for mileage so very poor customer service on your half if someone wants to call me at 937-971-0230 I'll be more than glad to speak my peace because I feel that you owe us a refund

JAMES ARt. 68 customer service was great!! But U-Haul needs to discontinue their service at the E-Z Stop store on 2nd Street in Xenia,OH. Terrible customer service and always mess up the reservation. This time they didn't even have the truck that had been reserved for 3 weeks!! Will never go back there!!

Victor HLori was wonderful. She went above and beyond in helping us with our rental from making sure they would definitely have the type of trailer on site when needed, to helping us find a nearby store so we could purchase another hitch since ours wouldnt work, and even with the hookup of the trailer. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
