They didn't set up mobile pick up even though they let me reserve a truck for mobile pick up. They never indicated that mobile pickup wasn't possible. Their and U-Hauls incompetence cost 4 hours ofy moving day.

the rear trailer door wouldn’t open all the way and was hard to move as far as it would move. It was clean and the staff were great. Other than the hooks on the floor there was no way to secure the load. Hooks higher up are needed inside the trailer to secure taller items.
JOEL MI can't say yes to recommend but I can't say no. Reason is probably not locations fault but we originally ordered a 15' truck and were told the only thing available was a 26' truck. Now yes we only paid for a 15' but the gas for a larger truck is much higher. I am not sure if it location that said what was available or u haul itself but not happy that there was a 15' truck there and we couldn't take it. and I booked 2 weeks ahead of time
