Cynthia CThis applies to my online booking, horrible booked equipment for a location near my home pickup 2 pm. Only to receive a call that equipment was not available, but U-Haul said they could provide a truck 30 miles away at Vans, I told them to cancel I wasn’t driving the additional 120 miles to pick up and drop off the van, the U-Haul traffic manager said he would provide credit for the extra mileage. So I was expecting a littler over $100 150 bill. Only to find out after dropping off van with more fuel than it left with that U-Haul charged me over 300 dollars!!!! This is theft and probably common practice for U-Haul as when I called customer service they weren’t surprised at all no help no assistance nothing but further aggravation! Highly advise using another rental company!
