I was looking to rent a trailer for a day to move a load in anticipation to moving in our new home. We chose U haul initially for the reputation and location, then we met Jay, the owner. He was funny, professional and put us with a nearly new unit with a well sprung ramp that made using it a breeze. I was able to reach him via his cell phone and the move was great. I would highly recommend U haul and especially Jay to anyone with their moving needs.
