They need more employees to be able to work U-Haul and attend to customers it took 20+ minutes for a 5 minute process due to lack of employees.

The area to park the trucks was small so maybe a bigger area to bring back the trucks to park them. Even though there was only. 1 clerk that took care of the uhauls he was quite helpful

The rental truck had a delay in the ga pedal - to- move transmission issue but I adjusted. Overall it was fiine.
