Putting the keys in the lock box and cleaning the trucks in the front and back. I even had pads in the back that I never asked or paid for which I told the dealer about and they just said said, bring them back. Probably about 50 pads or more, which were there inadvertently in exchange for such horrible service, and not only this time but time and time again.
Kyle SActually make sure the lock box works for the customer and have the key inside. I waited an hour past my pickup time after being told the key would be in the lock box. Also my order was not complete as the utility dolly was not inside, and I was charged for something I did not approve. No call backs whatsoever when I left voicemails.
