The woman who just arrived to work when I called at 2pm 8/20/26 was rude, dismissive, not helpful, her tone was harsh and condescending! I was in a rush and didn’t check out on my phone when I drop the keys off in the after hours drop box! She told me she couldn’t verify if the keys were retrieved and check me out! While my original return location was very polite, helpful, and assisted me the best she was able to! After looking into the location I understand it’s a partnership U-Haul had with this location. I sent a lot of money to go with U-Haul when there are cheaper options like Budget, Enterprise, etc. I pay for reliable service and the brand! The brand new truck kept sending error messages regarding the transmission!

George FWe couldn’t figure out how to close the rental. The first person said we had to close it in the app, which we could not do. The second person said they would close it. That didn’t happen. Three days later we contacted them because the contract had not been closed. Today they closed it
BRUCE WIt was not this locations fault. The original location we wanted to pick up the U-Haul on Highway 211 west end, nc never told us that did not offer 1 way trucks. We were very disappointed and this took us a lot longer and more miles to use this location. I called multiple times and spoke to Greg and he never mentioned this information. I also left a message with a girl that said she would return my call but never returned my call. I called Sunday and left a message and they never returned my call at Highway 211 location. Very disappointed in U-Haul think twice before you use them. They charged for extra miles and it was their fault we had to drive extra miles. They should have had us rate where we original contracted for a U-Haul.
