Nothing that comes to mind as of now. Service was quick and organized. Assisted with making sure trailer was hooked properly and taken off right. People were friendly and helpful with both pick up and drop off. We have rented about three times before and will continue to do so anytime we need room to haul bigger items. The desk woman (if memory serves named Caprese?) is always welcoming, quick and findings what we need.
