There was no key in the lockbox. None of the requested equipment were provided. This caused major delays and significant inconvenience.
Amir MTha van was dirty and smelled sigarettes like my grandpa. No power steering, I spent 1/2 hours trying to get the keys, unlike other rentals when the car is opened by qr code and the keys are inside - this one like from the previous century when you have to go to speak to the counter, what if I need the van after business hours? Lame
Dmytro SI rented a Dolly. I needed it for 3-4 hours. The deal was $21 for three days. I returned it after 6-7 hours. No complaint, I needed it. I returned it. Job done. good service Thank you.
