When I arrive there to pick up the U-Haul the young lady decided to step out at the time of my pick up and I had to be rerouted to somewhere else. I ordered a regular dolly that was seven dollars and I end up having to pay $12 because they gave me what they wanted. I wish this is my last move. I will never use it You all again.

I did not like having to gas up first. Have at least one half tank of gas in the truck. Overall ,the service was great!
