There was no personnel there, I dropped off after hours. You should have a n/a option cuz I didn’t want to say no but saying yes isn’t truthful

I rented a truck for 24 hours. When I picked it up the truck was dirty inside with trash everywhere the sun visors were ripped off , the paper said it had 3/4 tank of gas when it only had a little less than 1/4. I went back in and told staff right away about these issues and they told me to write it down and remind them and they would make note of it and sent me out with the truck. They are now trying to charge me for the gas and stuff .

SARA TI was sent 17 miles away and had a reservation in my own city. My reservation location was change and I was NOT compensated for the added milage I had to drive. Poor company online support. My rental office in the next city was great!
