Arrived on Saturday morning at the scheduled time, nobody there knew what to do. They said the person in charge wasn't there. Finally a text was sent by an employee to this person. Many text were sent (so I don't know what was communicated) and I was informed my order had been canceled. I told them it was guaranteed and there may have been some confusion as my original order was for a car hauler but a call from U-haul changed it to a car dolly (that I agreed to). Finally I received text from U-haul that walked me through the steps to complete the process. I had watched the detailed video on how to hook-up the dolly so I was very familiar with that procedure.
