I'm highly disappointed in this location. While the guy that helped me was nice, my bill was not. I was charged incorrectly on the miles and I was also charged an after hours fee which was not right either because I ended up dropping of the van earlier then my scheduled time. Also, the van I was given was filthy. I also was told that I would recieve an adjustment to my bill within 24hrs and I'm still waiting on that. This is highly unprofessional and I would not recommend this location at all because of such inconveniences.

The location was difficult to navigate with a large truck. The truck drove flawlessly however, the driver door was damaged, the dashboard dimmer did not function, and the cargo area roof has a leak. Despite these shortcomings, I feel that received great service from the attendant. Furthermore, it is obvious that this location has a necessity in the community that it serves, and would be a detriment if lost.

Tracy AI got pulled over because the ENTIRE rear lights were out. Someone could have been killed. Also the "check engine" light was on at pickup. Truck had extremely low power and transmission glitched here and there. I was thankful to just get the truck back with it still running. Ridiculous pricing to pay for something maintained this poorly.
Dan SFill gas tank to full when giving truck, the left door kept showing it was open and it sounded like it, must have been in an accident, very hard drive. Wouldn't go there again!!!
