The app is very very slow
Karen EPerson at counter was slow and didn't seem too competent. kept saying it was UHauls fault for the way the rental had to be done in the computer
Mark Fthe lady was wonderful, really appreciate her help and experience. there was multiple issues with the van when i received it and made note of everything.
