This was my first time renting UHaul, I reserved my cargo van at a location closest to my apartment. After a day, i got a confirmation that it has been rescheduled to another location. On the day of reservation, i went to the location and it was not open. I had to call the store and finally the store person came after 10 mins. After waiting for 20mins i was told that they dont have a cargo van, so i was sent to another location 5 miles from there. I was finally able to get the van. But i had to roam around for about an hour before i can get the van. I had a very bad experience with my 1st Uhaul rent.
