BARBARA KAt pick up, the agent told me I could drop off at a different location if I wanted to with no extra charge. So when I went to a different location, they told me I was going to be charged a 100$ fee for dropping off at a different location. Had to go back to drop off and was confused with the directions the first agent gave me.
