A very nice facility, although somewhat out of the way. Amanda was very helpful, processed our check out quickly, and helped us on our way.

Cargo van not available. Reserved 10’ truck. Also not available. Given 15’ truck at same price. Cab dashboard dirty. Butts in ashtray. Even though I had express reservation, still had to supply information. Reserved for 8 am, but office not occupied until 8:05, and had to wait for system startup.

Comment on truck - not pick-up or drop-off location...truck deck and ramp were extremely slippery in the snow/cold weather. I had in the past had wooden flooring - but this time it was metal...felt like packing while skating on ice. Ramp was to slippery to walk up.
