The store was closed. The parking lot was fenced off with no drop off instructions. We dropped off the trailer around the corner at the fireworks building where multiple other UHaul units were. I wish there was an N/A option as I had no interaction with the people or property. I don’t like choosing “no” but I had to choose something….

Gary BCustomer service was terrible. The guy hung up in my face not once, but twice due to being upset regarding the parking of the truck. This location need to update its location for dropping off the truck after hours . I had to call customer support to find the drop box location, which was not the same location as picking up. Overall I will not be using their services again.
