Website sent me to the wrong location for pick-up, I was told someone would call me by 5pm the day before and this didn't happen. The phone number no one answered. Once we found the right location, no help from Uhaul. The young man was fantastic to work with.

Harvey BRace, the owner of the facility, was easy to deal with and very personable. Would recommend him to anyone. Probably don't do a great deal of business at this location, but it would've been nice to have someone at the business when we arrived.
