The truck maintained is very poor spudders an pops overeve the motor when transmission shifts, extremely hard on fuel. I am not happy with the trucks running condition! It was very clean. The Rental place is all women no place to service the vehicle. Not very happy customer!!! I had to rent it for another day due to the sluggage it had under heavy load!

The Internet connection was lacking. It took 1 hour & 20 minutes to get checked out. Also the truck had only 1/4 tank of gas. We returned just under 1/2 tank. We should have been reimburse for the extra gas but was not. The woman that helped us with the contract was very nice & apologized for the problem.

Elizabeth was very helpful though they seemed to be understaffed. When I booked my reservation I was under the impression I was picking up the truck at a location much closer to my home. I drove an extra 20 miles back and forth just to pick up the truck.

Location was so far out of my way, way up into the mountains and many miles beyond where I had designated I needed to pick it up from, that it put me way behind in having the truck loaded. I had friends waiting around for 2 hours to help. GPS did not work to get me home, due to location. The location was severely understaffed. The business is a combination uhaul, restaurant, grocery, hardware/sporting goods, gas station, etc. The place was packed and only 2 employees present. Only 1 employee was able to respond to most of the customers needs, including mine. I had requested a flat furniture dolly, specifically, and did do see, until I got back home, that they had sent a hand truck instead. I already have a hand truck. The location's Internet connection was incredibly slow, and the employee kept having to reload pages. Then, the printer wouldn't work, to print out my contract. The employees were very nice and apologetic for the delays, but this was a cluster #&*€ of ridiculous proportions.

I wrote a long note to U-haul explaining that we had driven the truck from Amboy, WA to Vancouver, WA, unloaded and then went to the U-Haul dealer. We were charged for 105 miles. The trip is only 40 miles. I wrote all the milage. Suggested, maybe U-haul check their milage records. NOOOOO. I have never heard back. Really, guys. At least placate me by talking to me. So now I am posting this so everyone can see. You should use your phone and take a picture of the milage BEFORE you move and then take another picture. Do the same with the gas gauge. I put more gas in than was needed. They said I didn't. Finally I showed them the sheet and they agreed they were wrong.

very friendly and very nice. the only thing that i dont understand. is why i dont get a detailed receipt of what i owe ?? i thought i was paying 138.00 for the truck. and extra miles after 60 miles. i dont understand where the extra money came into play. there are no taxes in oregon. so how did my 138.00 one way charge end up more ?? i did get a extra charge for the extra miles and i understand that. i put gas in the truck to bring it back up to the measurement as shown. but what are the other charges. from my 138.00 as stated. but ended up higher. that is very confusing and no where do you show me or give me any details. that i can see, i would like a detailed receipt. thank you, Barb korak at barbara.korak@cna.com this is my email address i would like a detailed receipt please. thank you, Barb

Reserved a day before (1 trip) Took almost 2 hours for us to "LEAVE" with the DC. We were given NO paperwork to carry in the rental truck (DC) It took 5 round trips & contract still was not settled. Casey Jones (?) called & left a number. No message as to what was going to happen. Have tried to call him back to no avail... I do not believe we should have to pay for the 1 day rental...The poor service @ the rental yard was something else. I worked for u-haul for some time years ago. Had I delivered that kind of service I would have been canned on the spot. I had to even enter all the information into the computer for them.... NOT GOOD anyway you look at it.

Train the employees how to use the website. The time to call and reserve was about 20 minutes, pick-up was 35 and drop-off was 48. The last two were friendly but had no experience what so ever.
