This place should be shut down. Horrible Service, non English speaking people, rude And evasive. The attendant did not secure The tongue and the trailer damaged my Vehicle, but even though I purchased the Insurance, I am getting the run around. You Should not have them as a franchise because They are ruining the Uhaul name. Just Check their Yelp reviews.

Thought I rented a 6x12 trailer with ramp! The site did not say that the ramp was only 58 inches instead of 72 (6ft) we could not fit our load in so took it back and was still charged within the hour!! Not good business at all! Will never rent U-Haul again! I should’ve been refunded for all my trouble driving an hour to pick up etc

Office reek of cigarette smoke so bad I could nearly stand to stay inside. Agent was very hard to understand and I had to ask him to repeat every thing.

The man who rented in the morning was rude and condescending towards woman, connected the safety chain wrong, wrote my credit card on a piece of paper because he could not get the computer to go past a screen, did not give us rental papers when we left with the trailer, and the office was disgustingly dirty and unprofessional. While the man in the afternoon was polite, he had no idea we had driven onto the lot, disconnected the trailer ourselves, and then drove to his office, because he was playing a video game on the computer. We will never rent from this location again.

Make sure that locations has offered tools. For example I selected a furniture dolly rental and when I get there they did not have the thing. Also, make sure tanks have 1/4 or whatever amount you need to rent the thing. they gave me the truck with less than 1/4 of a tank and made me return it with 1/4 of a tank stating that they can not rent with less than that amount, what about renting it to me like that?

I have rented from this location several times and have never had an issue. It has always been the same service person. This time however not sure if the guy was having a bad day or not. It took me 45 minutes to check out a trailer that I had already reserved. He ran my card and said it was declined and tried several times. Their was nothing wrong with the card. Then told me I either need another card or cash. The trailer was only about 30 dollars. So I gave him a 50 dollar bill and he asked if I had the correct amount. I did not so he proceeded to process and the cash payment was also declined. He allowed me to take the trailer telling me I would have to pay when I returned. Then I received an email that the payment had processed. Anyway I did not appreciate the way I was treated as if I didn’t have the money to cover my rental. I won’t be returning to this facility and will tell others as well.

I went to this location and will never return. First I booked my reservation in the town I live in and then the day before my move was called and told I would have to drive an hour out of my way to pick up the truck I reserved. Then once I arrived at this new location was greeted by an employee that had no idea what he was doing. First he told me that I HAD to purchase the insurance which I advised him that I did not need it as my insurance was going to cover it and got in an argument about it, not sure if he was just trying to force me an upsale or just had no idea what he was talking about. Then he told me that they did not have any of the moving pads I reserved at that location and then had to go to another location, 40 minutes away to get them. When I told him he could remove them from my order, he removed the truck from my order and not the blankets. Then he tried charging me just for the blankets and when I advised him that was the incorrect amount and that I did not want the blankets if I had to go to another location we got into another argument because he demanded my credit card. I ended up having to call your customer service who had to create a new reservation for me because the employee could not figure out how to re-add the truck I reserved. When the customer service agent had me hand over the phone to him he still had no idea what he was doing and they had to do all the work for him and send him to a specific link to just print out my contract they had to create for him. The phone customer service agent was excellent to work with. The employee at this American Canyon location however was not. Overall it added three extra hours to my move, which was time sensitive, one for dealing with the employee who had nothing to do, and two for an hour drive there and an hour back just to get my truck. Based on my dealings with the employee I will never use uhaul again and will advise others of the same issue.

I originally reserved a pick up at Imola but received a message that the 20 ft truck could be picked up at Paoli Loop Rd instead and confirmed that I reserved moving pads and an appliance dolly. The person checking us in was rude did not know how to use the computer and I had to help him. It took 45 minutes to check us in.The appliance dolly and moving pads were not available at this location. I could not move my refrigerator without the dolly. What a complete waste of my time and money!

Very hard to understand for me, I tried to help him with a trailer hookup for the previous customer, he was confrontational and pushed me in front of the other customer and told me to go sit in my truck. I am very easy going but this was too much! He should have not pushed me or touched me, this was not a hand shake!!!!!!!

Not argue with the customer about distances driven, especially when the contract you left with has "0 miles" on the both the "out" and "in" boxes with some random numbers hand written below the "miles in" box. I physically drove in my car the SAME EXACT route after the guy I was dealing with on the phone called me a liar. He even betted me, "if I'm wrong I'll cancel your contract, but if I'm right, I get to charge you double the miles driven." I didn't take that bet, I just wanted to pay what was due. My drive was a total of 12 miles, not 39 like he said. (And I can't believe he even treated a customer like that...having me drive like that to prove I'm not the liar here) I can give the exact streets I took to get to my house from your location, to the American canyon dump, and back to your location. I even put too much gas when I replaced what I used when I added $7. This guy is trying to get over on people for his own gain, I feel, by his salesman like slick talk, and who knows how many people he's done this to, over how long a period of time?
