I had to drive an hour just to pick up my reserved truck that was supposed to be left that 5 miles away. This cost me time and gas money. I was told I would be notified by 5 pm the day before my reservation. I was never notified. I had to call to find out U-HAUL did not have my reserved vehicle.
Jessie AI dropped my trailer off after hours so no one was there. The location was poorly lit and the grass field for parking was swampy from the rain. The entrance is a small gravel driveway that is hard to see at night. May be better in the daylight? My experience was poor.
