Joe MThe truck was clean and well prepared, however, the mobile check in process wasn't clear, and no one from the location answered the phone number provided. The key was supposed to be in the truck but was in a lock box. We had a very difficult time knowing how to access the truck, had we been in a rush we would have been in big trouble.
