Rented handtruck for one day. Equipment was missing critical strap lock which resulted in a 2nd trip to the location to resolve. No resolution was found so hand truck could not be used exactly as rented. Returned 30 mins late but charged for a full extra day. This location closed 20 mins after return so rental by someone else was not possible. Virtual manager who completed return did not inform of 2nd day charge.

Taylor SIt took longer than expected to check in through the ap, but I can see that it would be very convenient if it was a little easier. It would have been nice if some of the info could have been completed online before arriving to pick up the truck.
