very small neighborhood drop off, little assistance, I had to unhook the trailer myself and physically move it to a area designated by the person working there. NO help. This place is more a repair shop that dabbles in Uhaul rentals. I should have been directed to State St Uhaul center

I was promised a 15ft truck but I was given a 10ft without prior notice. H-haul failed to hold it's guarantee, and it has stated that it will return 50$ in case guarantee is not held. I want either 50$ or the 47$ I paid back.

SAMUEL WRental Location that was chosen online showed they had the truck we needed AT THAT LOCATION. Nope. Had to change the location to Broadway - which is pretty far out of the way from where we needed to go. We booked the Plymouth Road Location because we were trying to limit extra expenses incurred by our employee having to drive way further and spending almost an hour trying to get the app to work. The app is incredibly HARD to use. Flagged down one of the workers, he told me I had to call some # to talk to someone. Called - no answer. Then they told me to text. Once I was able to submit payment, it told me the box and the code for the box - when I opened it there was NO KEY. Once I got in the truck, it had less than 20 miles left on the tank (on E). All-In-All, very not happy.
Allie SThe U-Haul rep was over an hour and a half late, then the truck he was going to give me was out of gas. I then had to stand around waiting for him to move several vehicles out of the way of a second truck. He did not provide the furniture dolly or the moving blankets that we had requested and paid for.
