MARIA CThe only way to pick up the vehicle as to do it online. I did so via the U-Haul web link which took some time as it required a lot of information, only to get an error at the end. I was told by the agent at the station that the process only worked via the U-Haul app, so I had to do this all over again. After 30 minutes, the pickup was finally approved. I was then surprised to learn that I could not leave my car at the gas station even though there were plenty of empty parking spaces. Not only was I late due to the long pickup process, but I had to drive across a busy intersection and park at a shopping center and hope that my car did not get towed. None of these inconveniences were posted on the website for the rental pickup location. I give the pickup and customer service 0 stars. Do better U-Haul.
