First of all I would like to say that I have used U-Haul services frequently. At least 5-7 times a year for multiple purposes. I have NEVER been told I had to have the truck back by a certain time!!! I picked up the truck at 11 am & was told it had to be back by 5 pm. I was in shock! If I didn't have to get back to my job right away I would have discussed this more with the sales person. Did not like the atmosphere at that place either. So, I am going to need to rent another truck next month & I am FOR SURE not going to get one here. At Ace Hardware on Sunset in Antioch. I will surely go else where. Love & learn.

Albert SWhile the Ace location was very good, the U-Haul app is terrible. My iphone wouldn’t let me take pics of my drivers license or the license plate because it thought the site was sketchy. Fix it, please!
carlos lThe u-haul itself was fine but I set up my reservation time for 12:30. When I arrived at 12:30, it took a full half hour to finish the rental process (i.e. taking photos of different parts of the van, taking photos of myself and my license, getting the keys from inside the store). On top of that, the app makes you verify who you are by putting in another person's contact info and waiting for the company to call them to verify. It took so long that I literally missed a half hour of my rental time. I had only rented the van for two hours but then, I had to pay to extend the time because of that missing half hour. If I knew that it would have taken so long to get everything set up, I would have arrived much earlier and began my rental later. This is something that people should be warned about when renting a u-haul because it end up costing more to extend the time, and it ends up wasting your time.
Sally ZOnline app reception was poor. I wasted a lot of time refreshing app.
