Oscar’s in Appleton WI was listed online as a rental option but found out they were not once we arrived! This wasted time and mileage.

Jeff RThe truck was registered as having 200 miles less than the odometer actually had, the gas tank information was incorrect as well. I tried reloading the app, that didn’t help and in addition deleted the pictures I took and prevented me from adding any more. The gas station worker managed to help me but it was a 45 minutes struggle trying to fix the error the app made. Now I have to call admin to refund my money because the only way to fix it was to cancel and re book my reservation - and I was charged twice.
