It took 3 hours to just get the key from the key lock box after trying to down load an app or accessing it through the website and after talking to no less than 5 people on their call line (each time requiring a 20 minute wait time before a new troubleshooter answered the phone.) I needed the truck for no less than 90 minutes and I spent twice that amount of time just getting the key.

Robert EI picked up the vehicle with 1/8 tank of gas and returned it with more than 3/8 tank. I asked the agent before I left if I would be credited if I returned the vehicle with more fuel. She said yes. I was disappointed that when I returned I was told they could not credit me. From my POV it’s difficult to match a partial amount of fuel when returning. Disappointed.
