The guy who rang me up was rather nice and very forth coming with information (like the lack of loading dolly and furniture pads) but the other individual there made me severely uncomfortable (I am glad I had a friend with me).

Stacey SThe man kept stopping from helping us to help other people when we were there first. The uhaul wasn’t ready when we got there like we were promised nor where we accommodated for the miles for picking up the truck in Ashburn and I stayed in tifton.
