I don’t usually write reviews unless I’ve had an extremely bad customer service experience—but in this case, I had an unusually great experience, thanks to Ralph. I needed to change the size of my truck, and Ralph made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was kind, professional, and went out of his way to make sure I had exactly what I needed. He even double-checked everything to make sure the new truck was ready to go without delays. Customer service like this is rare these days, and Ralph truly deserves recognition. If every U-Haul location had someone like him, moving would be a lot less stressful!

If you want to use the app to pick up the truck without going to the office, set up the app a few days before the appointment because the app requires numerous items, including place of work contact and passport!
